Parent Guidance
DBT informed to help parents learn and apply core skills (emotion regulation, distress tolerance, mindfulness, and interpersonal effectiveness) to everyday parenting challenges.
Family Therapy
DBT informed to help families improve communication, manage emotional intensity, and strengthen relationships. I require family members to be familiar with and committed to practicing core DBT skills before beginning family therapy.
