Individual Therapy

For adolescents and young adults who struggle with overwhelming emotions, depression, anxiety, suicidality, self-injury, post-traumatic stress disorder, borderline personality disorder, relationship difficulties, obsessive-compulsive disorder, stress, and adjustment difficulties.

I personalize treatment for each individual, based on symptoms, experiences, and goals, using the following approaches:

  • Dialectical behavior therapy (DBT)

  • Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT)

  • DBT informed

  • DBT-prolonged exposure (DBT-PE)

  • Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT)

  • Exposure and response prevention (ERP)

  • Acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT)

Parent Guidance

DBT informed to help parents learn and apply core skills (emotion regulation, distress tolerance, mindfulness, and interpersonal effectiveness) to everyday parenting challenges.

Family Therapy

DBT informed to help families improve communication, manage emotional intensity, and strengthen relationships. I require family members to be familiar with and committed to practicing core DBT skills before beginning family therapy.
