About my Practice

Feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure how to cope with life’s challenges? You are not alone. I help teens, young adults, and parents navigate intense emotions, trauma, and difficult relationships to feel more in control, resilient, and confident.

Therapy can feel intimidating, especially when life is already stressful. I provide a supportive, nonjudgmental, emotionally safe therapy space that is affirming of all backgrounds, genders, and sexual identities. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and structured. It is important that my patients feel comfortable expressing themselves and exploring difficult issues.

I work with adolescents and young adults who are highly sensitive and motivated to learn how to better manage their emotions, behaviors, and relationships. We focus on building insight, coping skills, and emotional resilience.

I also work with parents of kids, adolescents, and young adults who are seeking support with navigating challenging family dynamics. I provide guidance on how to manage emotions, respond more effectively to your child, reduce conflict, and develop a more connected family environment.

Additionally, I offer family therapy sessions to family members who are interested in practicing their communication skills together, with support.

Please reach out with any questions or if you would like to talk about whether therapy with me feels right for you.
