About Me

I received my B.A. in Psychology from Williams College and my Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from Emory University. I completed my pre-doctoral internship in child and adolescent psychology at Emory University School of Medicine’s Child and Adolescent Mood Program, followed by my post-doctoral fellowship in the Department of Psychiatry at Harvard Medical School at McLean Hospital’s 3East Intensive Adolescent Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) Residential Program.

Following my training, I worked as a Staff Psychologist at the 3East Partial Hospitalization Program at McLean Hospital and held an appointment as an Instructor in Psychology in the Department of Psychiatry at Harvard Medical School. Then, before moving to private practice, I worked as Assistant Professor of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences at Emory University School of Medicine’s Child and Adolescent Mood Program. I have co-authored several scholarly articles and a book chapter on early life factors that may contribute to the development of psychopathology.
